Maps and Directions To Gently Used Books

Gently Used Books is in Douglassville, PA, right off Route 422 West, about 6 miles east of Exeter and only 12 miles east of Reading, and about 5 miles west of Pottstown. We have plenty of off-street parking, and being right on Route 422 makes it easy to get to our bookstore from just about anywhere in Berks County, Montgomery County or Chester County.

The official mailing address for Gently Used Books is 19 Douglassville Shopping Center, Douglassville, PA 19518, but you probably won't find that address in Google or Yahoo maps, or MapQuest. That's because, unfortunately, none of the stores in our shopping center have "real" addresses that MapQuest or Google or Yahoo recognize, or that people can put in their GPS.

Redner's Market and Other Nearby Landmarks

Gently Used Books is right next to Redner's Market, about 1/4 mile northwest of the intersection of Route 422 West and Route 662 (Old Swede Road).

More landmarks: The Douglassville Shopping Center and the Gently Used Books bookstore are across the street from Ace Hardware, behind Michael's Restaurant and the Rite-Aid Pharmacy / Drug Store, and catty-corner from the Douglassville Post Office.

About These Maps - Please Note!

We're located in the Douglassville Shopping Center, right next to Redner's Market and across the street from Ace Hardware. Unfortunately, no one in our shopping center has a "real" street address that companies like Google, Yahoo or MapQuest have listed in their directories. These map links are correct even though they do not include our exact street address - Google Maps will get you right to our store, and the Yahoo and MapQuest maps will get you to Ace Hardware, which is just across the street from us.

Google, Yahoo and MapQuest Maps

First the Google Map - they are by far the most used Internet site - Google gets about 80% of the search engine inquiries made every day in the USA, and people are more familiar with Google than with any other search engine, or map provider, or anyone. Next on the page we have Yahoo and MapQuest, the next largest two web map services.
